File Preparation

  • Your file should at least be 300 dpi/ppi resolution.

  • The design size will be the expected print size.

  • Accepted file types: .JPG .PNG .PSD .AI .SVG

  • Please follow this naming convention for files that apply:

  • You can find templates here. Make sure to follow the margins and account for bleed.

  • If you find yourself with no software, you can send the design file and we'll have the layout done for you. Indicate the desired print size and quantity in the order form.

  • Complicated and heavy layout services will be charged accordingly.

  • Fill in the details of your order with our handy-dandy drop down menu.

  • For custom orders and special requests not found in the choices, you may put down a note under the table.

  • Send us your google sheet file by linking it in our Order Form or through DMs.

Order Process

  • Production of orders may take up to 7 days after full payment and confirmation.

  • Lead time may depend on special requests, complicated cutting, or bulk of orders. Unique orders may take a little longer since we'll have to order materials and have them delivered.

  • Rush orders with ASAP ship out. Additional 20% for rush fee.

  • Communication and updates are mainly via preferred social platform. (Facebook/Instagram). Invoice and receipts are sent through e-mails.

  • To ensure quality output, Cosmo Town can only take in limited slots per week. Orders on queue may be fulfilled for next week's batch.
